The 2-day foundational workshop teaches participants to administer and interpret Hogan’s three core personality assessments. You will learn about personality, leadership, Hogan’s theoretical background and the role the assessments play in predicting workplace performance. You will also learn more about your personality by receiving a complimentary set of Leadership Forecast Series reports alongside a 1:1 feedback session with one of our consultants.
